Becoming a full-fledged follower of Christ is a life-long journey of learning and growth, and we offer training for every step of the way. At New Life we don't want anybody to be simply standing still.

Below are many of the training opportunities that we offer. They vary in length and complexity, so there is something for everyone.

Church Membership
This course is perfect for people new to the church who want to learn more about New Life and our purpose for being here, as well as the Biblical fundamentals of Christianity and the Church.

Spiritual Growth
We ask our members to commit to pursuing spiritual maturity as an integral component of their faith. Life groups play a critical role at this stage because they provide the opportunity to study and struggle with God's Word alongside trusted friends.

Spiritual Gifts, Passion, and Personal Style
This class guides individuals through discovering the ways that God has shaped them to serve Him. We also help them find a place in the church where they can put their gifts in action and serve God and other people.

Life Group Leadership
For those who want to lead a Life Group, we train them how to dig into God's Word, ask great questions, lead effective discussions, and care for those in their group.

Leadership and Teamwork
For those who are called to take on a specific leadership role in the church, training is a required part of the process. This course focuses on the leadership skills, teamwork principles, and personal mentoring that leaders need to be effective in their ministries and connected with the church.

Specialized Training
We also offer training and coaching for men and women who want to pursue specialized ministries, such as a singles ministry, healing ministry, or deliverance ministry. This typically takes the form of a personal, mentoring relationship with the Pastor and key members of the Leadership Team.
